Mikala Ayres
HR & Training Consultant
Mikala is our CIPD Level 7 qualified HR Advisor and professional People consultant with over 30 years’ experience offering people related solutions for business owners and SMEs.
An Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, Coach, Mentor and training professional, Mikala works alongside 93 Degrees Consulting offering HR advice and support across the employee life cycle, together with training and development and bespoke HR projects.
Navigating the complex world of UK Employment Law and legislation, she enables businesses to run smoothly and compliantly with simple to follow policies and procedures.
Her background includes senior HR/People roles in Retail, Financial Services, Not for Profit and Community Interest Companies (CICs).
