An Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, Coach and Mentor, Mikala works alongside 93 Degrees Consulting to provide HR advice and support across the full employee life cycle — from attraction and recruitment through to departure. She designs and delivers bespoke training programmes, develops clear and compliant HR documentation, and helps businesses navigate the complex world of UK Employment Law.
